Clamp Loader Attachment

Lorry and truck mounted loader cranes are the most common and widely used loader cranes in the transport and construction industry. Lorry loader cranes are highly effective and efficient at loading and unloading materials on site.

CLAMP LOADER ATTACHMENT

The clamp lorry loader attachment has differing pad configurations which allow the safe handling of both square and round loads.

A correctly trained operator will ensure the best use and care of these attachments. This will include the correct fitting and removal, the effects of the attachment on stability as well as safe use.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

For Lorry Loader learners applying for the NPORS CSCS Card, or for those requiring the ‘HS&E TESTED Logo’ displayed on their card they must have passed the CITB Operatives Health, Safety and Environment Test within the last 2 years.

A good understanding of spoken and written English.

ASSESSMENT

A mixture of classroom based teaching and group exercises with continuous oral and practical assessments.

CERTIFICATION

Full certification is provided on the successful completion of this course.
